Greetings to all Iowa members.

  I would like all members that are interested in helping out to please e-mail me. We are going to set up a march on the capital for early April. We might also set up some smaller marches at various county courthouses around the state.

 I am in need of some help. Anyone that would like to pitch in a little please feel free to contact me. We need to show the state legislature that we are serious about defending our 2nd Amendment rights.

Hello fellow Iowans.

   This past weekend, the 15th thru 17th, We set up a table at the Altoons Gun Show put on by Trade Show Productions. We generated some interest in our cause, donations were lacking, but we did get over 150 signatures on our petition. The next gun show is going to be Jan 29th thru 31st at the Iowa state fairgrounds. I already have a table reserved. The fair ground show is a lot bigger than Altoona, so we are hope for a very good turnout. Those of you in the area should come out and say hi. There are only 2 of us working, myself and my 16 year old Grandson, Brian.

   We were fortunate enough to be able to set up next to Iowa Carry. I have been a member and lobbiest for them alomost from the beggining. They are a great group and we should also be supporting them too. I am hoping that a lot of IC members are also supporters here. We all need to support each other. It's time the politiciansheard as many voices as possible say "no more"

   I will be at the capital either today or tommorow to finalize plans  for the Iowa March. We are going to have ours on the 19th, the same day as the DC march. I would love to be in DC, but unfortunatly I can't go. So that day we are going to take over the west side of the capital grounds and let our voices be heard. I know that for some the fact that this is a Mondat creates a dilema. Maybe you could use a sick day or a vacation day and join us. I would hate to see just me and Brian out there that day.

Hi Folks,

 We have had a presence at the last 2 gun shows and have generated a lot of interest in the march. Our next show will be Feb 19th thru the 21st at Adventureland in Altoona, Iowa. This is a smaller show but it is well attended. Before I go any farther, I have to give a very public thank you to Brian Terrell. He is my oldest grandson and has been a very big help at the shows.

  In March, we will be at the fairgrounds in Des Moines Mar. 5th thru 7th. The shows at the fairgrounds are 500+ tables and are very heavily attended. Then in April there will be one more fairgrounds show before the big day. It will be the 9th thru 11th. It is great that there is a show just a week before the march.

 As for the march. We are on for the 19th from noon till 3pm. I have already arranged for 2 speakers and will try to recuit more. All of the congress people will be invited, but no sitting politician will be speaking. We've listened to them for years. Now it's time for them to listen too us. It may upset some of them but, my party, my rules. I do have a speaker that is running for office. I've already told him that only the 2nd Amendment. That's why we are there. I would love to have a great turnout. Let's make our voices heard.
