Arkansas Second Amendment March site.

I am Steve Skillern, Arkansas Second Amendment March Coordinator. I am a native of Hot Springs, and currently live in Jonesboro, Arkansas.  I am a retired U.S. Army Major and an NRA Training Counselor and Arkansas Concealed Carry instructor.

Currently we have a committee in Jonesboro, the NEARK Second Amendment March committee.  We are manned with about 35 members.  I encourage anyone who wants to attend this committee's meetings to contact me.   Many others across the state have volunteered to help.  If you are interested in forming a committee in Arkansas or helping in any way, let me know as soon as possible. 

We will be coordinating buses from Arkansas for the National Second Amendment March, scheduled for April 19, 2010, in Washington, D.C.  If you are interested in taking a bus from Arkansas to Washington, D.C., or have questions about buses, please contact me.

In October, and again in January, I had the privilege of being interviewed on the Dave Elswick radio show, KARN Newsradio, 102.9FM or 920AM, in Little Rock.  Dave is arranging a bus trip out of Little Rock.  If you are interested in going from Little Rock, contact Dave at KARN NewsRadio.

The date set for the Arkansas Second Amendment March Rally is February 27, 2010, in Little Rock.  The location is Barton Coliseum at the Arkansas State Fairgrounds.  The rally will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.  We will have several speakers including Skip Coryell, Founder of Second Amendment March; Nicole Goeser, Her husband was gunned down while coming out of a Memphis bar; Dave Elswick, KARN NewsTalk Radio 102.9FM or 920AM; Grant Extom, Arkansas Concealed Carry Association and more.
